Privacy Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
Reliable AI, Inc. (“Mubit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain (1) what personal information we collect, (2) how we use and share that information, and (3) your choices concerning our privacy and information practices.
Applicability of this Privacy Policy
We provide an operational memory infrastructure platform for AI agents and related services and technologies (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect in connection with the Services, our website(s) (including https://www.mubit.ai) (the “Site”), and any other products and/or services that link to this Privacy Policy.
Mubit acts as a controller for the account, business-contact, website, marketing, support and security information described in this Policy. This Policy does not apply to Customer Personal Data that we process on a customer’s behalf as a processor or service provider. That processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and our Data Processing Addendum. We process that data only under Customer’s documented instructions and do not use it for model training or product improvement unless Customer expressly agrees in writing and the Data Processing Addendum permits it.
Personal information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Business contact information: If you are a representative of one of our actual or prospective customers, suppliers or business partners, we may collect personal information about you (such as your name, contact details and role) when entering into an agreement with your company or otherwise during the course of our relationship with your company.
- Account information, such as your name, email, phone number, profile and login details, and other similar information when you create an account with us.
- Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, reviews, or otherwise correspond with us online.
- Usage information, such as information about how you use the Services, interact with us, and other similar information.
- Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, services, and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
- Other information that we may collect which is not specifically listed here, but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Information we obtain from third parties. We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as marketing partners, publicly-available sources and data providers, for the purposes of marketing products and services that may interest you, delivering personalized communications, and other similar activities. In addition, we may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Automatic data collection. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers process technical information, including your IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the Site. With the relevant consent, our website analytics and visitor-identification tools also collect browser and device information, page views, referring pages, visit times, interactions and approximate location. Apollo can use visit information to identify the company associated with a visit for business outreach.
Cookies, analytics and visitor identification
The Site uses the tools below. Analytics and marketing scripts load only after the applicable consent is granted where consent is required. You can reject optional tracking or change and withdraw your choice using here or in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking in the categories you disable; it does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
| Tool | Purpose and storage | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| c15t / Inth | Stores your consent choices using a necessary cookie and local storage, and records those choices with our consent-management provider. | Necessary to remember and apply your privacy choices. |
| PostHog | Measures page views and interactions using analytics cookies and browser storage. | Measurement consent. |
| Umami | Measures page views and website events without analytics cookies. | Measurement consent. |
| Apollo | Uses a first-party cookie and website visit information to identify visiting companies for marketing and sales outreach. | Marketing consent; also subject to the sale or sharing opt-out below. |
Website cookie choices apply to this Site and browser. They do not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions in each message or by contacting privacy@mubit.ai.
How we use your personal information
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the following bases apply to information for which Mubit acts as a controller. Contract necessity applies only when the individual is a party to the contract or asks us to take steps before entering one. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on individuals and do not rely on that basis where their rights and interests override ours.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Account and customer-relationship administration | Contract necessity to create and administer an individual’s account, provide the contracted Services, and respond to requests before a contract. Legitimate interests in managing business relationships and communicating with representatives of corporate customers, including billing and service notices. |
| Support correspondence | Contract necessity where support is needed to perform our contract with the individual; otherwise legitimate interests in answering enquiries, resolving problems and supporting customer representatives. |
| Security and fraud prevention | Legitimate interests in protecting the Site, Services, accounts and individuals, detecting abuse, investigating incidents and establishing or defending legal claims. Legal obligation where a specific applicable law requires the processing. |
| Legal compliance | Legal obligation to keep required records, respond to valid legal requests and meet applicable statutory duties. |
| Website analytics and improvement | Consent for optional website analytics and associated tracking. We use the resulting information to understand website use and improve the Site. |
| Marketing | Consent for optional marketing tracking and electronic marketing where required. Where applicable law permits marketing without consent, legitimate interests in communicating relevant business information to customers and business contacts, subject to their right to object or unsubscribe. |
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve our products and services only where it does not identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, a customer or any individual. This does not expand our rights to process Customer Content or Customer Personal Data under the Data Processing Addendum.
How we share your personal information
Service providers. We may share your personal information with third party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Services (such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, insurers, and providers that assist with hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management).
Website analytics and marketing providers. When enabled by your privacy choices, we share website activity with PostHog and Umami for analytics and Apollo for identifying visiting companies and business outreach. You can control this tracking as described under “Your choices.”
Authorities and others. We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transfers. We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our business or assets, including your personal information, in connection with a business transaction (or potential business transaction) such as a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution. In such a case, we will make reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
Affiliates. We may share personal information with our current and future affiliates, meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with us. Our affiliates may use the personal information we share in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Cross-border processing of your personal information
We are headquartered in the United States. To provide and operate the Services, it is necessary for us to process your personal information in the United States. If we transfer personal information across borders such that we are required to apply appropriate safeguards to personal information under applicable data protection laws, we will do so. For restricted transfers of Customer Personal Data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Mubit uses the transfer safeguards described in the Data Processing Addendum, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. For information about safeguards applicable to other personal data, contact privacy@mubit.ai.
Your choices
Privacy rights. You have the right to submit requests about your personal information, depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with the Services:
- Information about how we have collected and used your personal information. We have made this information available to you without having to request it by including it in this Privacy Policy.
- Access to a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you. Where applicable, we will provide the information in a portable, machine-readable, readily usable format.
- Correction of personal information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Deletion of personal information that we no longer need to provide the Services or for other lawful purposes.
- Opt-out of “profiling” in connection with decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in profiling in connection with decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Withdrawing your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
- Additional rights, where applicable, such as to object to and request that we restrict our use of your personal information.
- Appeal our denial of your personal information request.
To make a request, please email us as provided in the “How to contact us” section below. We may ask for specific information from you to help us confirm your identity. We will require authorized agents to confirm their identity and authority, in accordance with applicable laws. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Individuals in the UK may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Opt out of marketing communications. You may opt out of email communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email.
Sale, sharing and online tracking choices
Choose “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the cookie popup to turn off optional website tracking. You can reopen the popup using here or in the footer. The opt-out control disables both marketing and measurement, including Apollo visitor identification. It applies to website disclosures that may be considered sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law. For requests concerning personal information beyond this browser, contact privacy@mubit.ai.
You can also open to review or withdraw individual consent categories at any time. Your browser can remove stored cookies and site data. Choices are specific to the browser and device, so apply your preference on each one you use.
Global Privacy Control. Our website consent manager recognizes the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of optional measurement and marketing tracking. This signal is different from the older “Do Not Track” setting.
Data retention
The criteria below apply to information for which Mubit acts as a controller. If a legal obligation or a specific dispute requires us to keep a record longer, we retain only the information needed for that purpose for the required period.
| Information | Retention period or criteria |
|---|---|
| Account and business-contact data | For the duration of the account or business relationship. After it ends, retain only records needed to close the account, meet applicable accounting or record-keeping obligations, or resolve outstanding claims; delete when those purposes end. |
| Website analytics and cookies | Consent choices expire after 180 days unless renewed or cleared earlier. PostHog analytics cookies expire after 180 days unless renewed or deleted earlier; Umami does not set analytics cookies. Analytics records are kept only while needed to evaluate website use and changes, then deleted or aggregated so they cannot reasonably identify an individual. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not itself delete records already held by providers. |
| Marketing data | While a permitted marketing relationship continues, until consent is withdrawn, you object or unsubscribe, or the data is no longer needed for that relationship. Retain the minimum suppression record needed to honour an opt-out and prevent renewed contact. |
| Support correspondence | Until the enquiry is resolved and any related follow-up or dispute is closed. Keep associated contractual or legal records only for the applicable record-keeping or claims period. |
| Security logs | For the period needed to detect and investigate security incidents and abuse. Logs connected to an identified incident are retained until the investigation and associated remediation or legal proceedings are complete. |
Customer Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf is governed by the Data Processing Addendum, which provides for deletion within 90 days after termination, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Other sites, mobile applications and services
The Services may contain links to other websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobile applications or online services that are not associated with us. We do not control third party websites, mobile applications or online services, and we are not responsible for their actions. Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and mobile applications and online services you use.
Security practices
We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration and destruction of personal information we maintain. Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information. In the event that we are required to notify you about a situation involving your data, we may do so by email or telephone to the extent permitted by law.
Children
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not collect personal information from them. We define “children” as anyone under 18 years old. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete the information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child, please contact us via the contact information noted below.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Site. We may also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via e-mail (if you have an account where we have your contact information) or another manner through the Services.
Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the Services (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your continued use of the Services after the posting of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.
